数据决策系统
数据决策系统是 FineReport 自带的报表管理系统。
管理人员使用决策系统管理报表，包含权限分配、用户配置、系统管理等功能。
普通用户登录决策系统查看自己权限内的报表。

配置内置数据库
2023年6月16日，从官网下载的
FCP-报表开发工程师的模拟题中，有配置内置数据库的要求要求为：模拟题文件中包含的数据库文件要和默认的
FRDemo.db文件存放路径一致
配置方式如下：
进入到
软件安装目录/webapps/webroot/help/文件夹下将该SQLite数据库文件粘贴进去
参考
FRDemo数据链接，新建一个名为exam的链接URL:
jdbc:sqlite://${ENV_HOME}/../help/exam.db
